Private Label - How It Works
This is the process from start to finish for Private Label Projects. The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) varies based on the formula, but usually starts at 500 pieces.

Choose Stock Formula
Choose a formula from our wide library of stock formulas with various enhancements.
Safety testing has already been conducted on all of our stock formulas, which will accelerate the timeline.

Select fragrance, sizing, and packaging
Choose from our fragrance library which also includes natural options, then select your packaging and size. We'll proceed to create product samples for you.

Receive samples and price quote
Let us know where to send the product samples so you can evaluate the packaging, formulation and scent. We will also provide you with a quote to review based on your quantity specifications.

Approve packaging and artwork
Once the samples are approved, submit your artwork along with confirmation. We'll either provide you with a dieline for your artwork or provide artwork support as needed.

Production, QC and lot coding
Production will be scheduled and commence typically within 4-6 weeks for the first order. The product will undergo vigorous Quality Control procedures and receive a unique lot code identification number.

Ship or deliver
Your product is ready to ship! We can help arrange a shipping quote after packaging to specification. The final invoice will be provided as your product is ready to head to its destination.
